Show schedule now online at www.headtotoewomensexpo.com

San Diego, Calif. – Pamper yourself before the holiday season begins! Rest, relax and take care of “YOU” at the Head to Toe Women's Expo Holiday Show, at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Nov. 16, 17 and 18, 2007. The Head to Toe Women's Expo offers San Diego women a chance to pamper themselves and enjoy a unique shopping excursion. More than 200 local and regional entrepreneurs and businesses create a village for shoppers filled with apparel, jewelry, handbags, accessories, wine, gourmet foods, home décor great for now and holiday gifts.

Presented by Ralphs Grocery, unique shopping and beauty treatments, products and services are what sets the Head to Toe Women's Expo apart from any other woman's show in Southern California. Show founders and San Diego residents Debbie Adelman and Rosemarie Gibson have added a new sparkle to this season's show. “The holiday edition of the Head to Toe Women's Expo is a 'one stop shop and spa' for women to sample and try beauty breakthroughs such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, mineral-based cosmetics, massage and facials,” says Adelman. “It's a great one-stop-shop for a festive outfit for the holidays.” adds Gibson. New this year is the “Head to Toe Make-Over Ambush,” where one lucky attendee will be chosen at random each day, to receive free hair extensions, make-up and an outfit from Karen Neuburger lounge wear. To further satisfy the fashionistas, the Fashion Show on Saturday and Sunday showcases apparel that is available at the show.

For culinary enthusiasts, the Head to Toe Women's Expo hosts demonstrations and samples by San Diego native Chef Marcella Valladolid from Discovery Networks, Chef Orion Balliet of Azul La Jolla, Chef Steve Floyd of The Brigantine, and Chef Carol Blomstrom of Lotsa Pasta. There's even a Wine, Cheese and Chocolate seminar and tasting on Friday and Saturday afternoons, hosted by Ralphs Grocery and Little Black Dress.

Inspirational and insightful speakers are scheduled throughout the weekend, including tea expert Darlene Fahl-Brittain, clinical nutritionist Jay Robb, and certified financial planner Elizabeth M. Ruch. KUSI-TV reporter and life coach Renee Kohn will present tips on how to turn your dating life around. Television producer-turned-author Judy Steinberg presents “Fabulous After 50 and Sexy at 60!.” A salute to vital, successful and gorgeous older women, her book is a grown-up woman's guide to a new life.
